Farm Time (A Year on the Farm with Red Planet Vegetables)

This award winning video follows Rhode Island farmers, Catherine Mardosa and Matt Tracy of Red Planet Vegetables through all four seasons. They face the challenges and rewards of artisanal farming as they work their fields in Johnston, R.I. and meet their customers at the Armory Park Farmer’s Market in Providence, R.I. We listen in as they discuss their hopes and fears as well as their motivations and misgivings. In the process they put a face to the farmers who are at the core of the farm-to-table movement. The video was juried into The 2017 New Haven Documentary Film Festival.
